Mr. Agarwal has hands on experience of over 30 years in financial planning & control, budgeting, accounting and compliances for corporates. He has also been involved in complex fund raising, corporate structuring, devising and review of commercial processes for diverse set of industries.

Financial advisory, management audits, systems & processes and implementation of ERP are areas that he specializes in.

Mr. Agarwal heads the Enterprise Services & Indirect Tax Practice of the group.
