Mr. Singh possesses a rich experience of over 35 years in the field of direct tax, indirect tax, accounting and compliance services.

Foreign Direct Investment, Overseas Direct Investment and other FEMA compliances are also some of the areas in which he has expertise. Earlier on in his career with the VDA group, he has also been involved in advisory services for IPOs and other corporate law advisory functions.

Mr Singh heads the Indirect Tax practice of the group and is also actively involved in some of the other areas of his experience/expertise.
