Mr. Sharma is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Law Graduate and a post-graduate in Business Policy & Corporate Governance from IGNOU, New Delhi.

He has over 8 years of professional experience in corporate law advisory, corporate governance, setting up of entities (India & Overseas), FDI/ODI & other FEMA matters, IPR and on-going corporate secretarial compliances.

Advising and representing clients on corporate law and corporate legal matters with authorities like the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Regional Directors, MCA and Sub- Divisional Magistrates are some of the areas of his experience/expertise.

Mr. Sharma is also a visiting faculty at ICSI (Northern India Regional Council) and a motivational speaker.
